Cardiff and Welsh Cakes

I've just come back from a short trip to Cardiff in Wales!  It's a beautiful city and the castle was stunning. After visiting the castle, it was time for a cup of tea and because I was in Wales, I got the opportunity to eat some Welsh Cakes.  These were really delicious!  They are similar to a scone, but flatter.  I really recommend them!!!
